Keuka Lake Coffee Roasters locally roasts artisanal coffees using only 100% Arabica beans. The company produces signature blends, proprietary flavor blends and single origin coffees. Many of the coffees are fair trade/certified organic. All coffees are small batch roasted overlooking Keuka Lake in New York State.

In 2007, after the highly successful release of our Original JAVA RUBS, JAVA-GOURMET was born. It is an award winning, artisanal, coffee-based specialty food company.
