Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions of Sale
Before purchasing any Gift Certificates through OhGoodyGoody.com, please
carefully read the Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions set out below:
- Gift Certificates expire one year from date of issue unless otherwise required by law.
- There are no extensions beyond the expiration date.
- Gift Certificates must be used at the Merchant listed on the Gift Certificate.
- There are no exchanges or refunds of Gift Certificates.
- Gift Certificate must be redeemed for full face value or greater at time of redemption.
- If the recipient’s purchase exceeds the dollar amount stated on the Gift Certificate, the recipient must pay the balance.
- Gift Certificates have no cash value.
- OhGoodyGoody.com is not responsible for reimbursement due to Merchant closure. If Merchant business closes and the Gift Certificate is not redeemable, the only recourse customer/recipient has is against Merchant.
- OhGoodyGoody.com is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
- OhGoodyGoody.com makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Certificates, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- All disputes involving the Gift Certificates purchased through OhGoodyGoody.com will be settled between the Merchant and the Customer/Recipient.
- OhGoodyGoody.com reserves the right to change these Gift Certificate terms and conditions at its discretion.
