How do I print my gift certificate myself?

During checkout you will be prompted to add your own email address if you would like to print it yourself.

What is the delivery time for my certificate?

Emailed and self-print certificates are processed within 3 hours if your order is placed between 7AM and 10PM (excluding holidays). Mailed certificates will be delivered by USPS within 3-5 days to most locations in the USA.

What do I do if my emailed or self-print gift certificate was not received within 3 hours?

1. Check your "spam or junk" folder

2. Add "info@ohgoodygoody.com" to your email address book

3. Contact us to request a gift certificate resend. 

Are there restrictions on when gift certificates can be used?

OhGoodyGoody.com gift certificates can be used any day during regular business hours. There are no blackout dates or restrictions on purchases (sale prices or daily specials) at any OhGoodyGoody! merchant.

 What is a Goody-Group certificate?

The Goody-Group certificate may be redeemed online exclusively at www.OhGoodyGoody.com for any OhGoodyGoody! member merchant’s gift certificate. Once you redeem your Goody-Group certifcate online, you will be sent your OhGoodyGoody.com gift certificate for your chosen merchant. Find out more.

Can I send a paper Goody-Group certificate?

Goody-Group certificates are emailable to yourself or someone else. OhGoodyGoody! does not mail paper Goody-Group certificates. Regular OhGoodyGoody.com gift certificates are available in paper form and mailable. Find out more.

What happens if my Goody-Group certificate prints without color or a background?

Certain printers and browsers (Chrome in particular) default settings are set not to print the background of a page. Make sure to check the "print backgrounds" setting in your print dialog box or use a different browser.

Does my gift certificate expire?
